work rules

The hydraulic drive mechanism adopts gear transmission to accelerate, so that the roller rotates at a high speed, and the wire passing through the roller is straightened.

The hydraulic motor uses the gear reducer to drive the four conveying rollers to pull the steel wire forward, and drives the oil cylinder to move the cutter up and down. When the encoder senses the preset cutting length, the program controls the solenoid valve through the PLC, and drives the cutter through the oil cylinder to cut off the wire.
