use:Centrifugal separators are used to separate solids from liquids using centrifugal force. Separation is given by the principle of sedimentation, where centripetal acceleration causes denser particles to move radially outward. Centrifuges ensure optimum performance in milk processing, which largely depends on the quality and temperature of the product.

Function:We calculated open and closed cream separators for three processes, namely: skimmed, standardized and clarified milk and juice.
