1. Confirm the parameters when selecting the turret model. Select the number of stations according to the number and complexity of the part process.

2. Select the tool specifications according to the machine tool model and cutting force. Choose front or rear turret according to the cutting direction of the machine tool.

3. After the horizontal turret boring tool holder is installed, drill the inner hole according to the size of the boring bar and mark it accordingly. When installed later, the tool should be fixed in place.

4. The distance that the tool protrudes from the upper shell is generally not greater than 2/3 of the size of the upper shell. Please note when placing an order if the limit is exceeded.

5. When the turret is running, it is forbidden to touch it with hands or other things to avoid injury or damage.
