Q1.Can you produce according to the samples or drawings? 
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q2.What is your terms of payment? 
Usually,we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, Terms of payment 30% deposit, full payment before delivery the goods.

Q3.What is the lead time?  
For standard models, lead time is about 3~5 days after order confirmed and payment received.

For OEM orders, the delivery is about 2~3 weeks after data confirmed and payment received.

Q4.What is your terms of packing?  
Under TOKY brand, the standard packing is 1pc item in a colour box or brown inner box, then into standard export carton.

For OEM order, usually 1pc item in a brown inner box, then into standard export carton.

Q5.What is your terms of delivery?     
We accept EXW,FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Q6.How to solve the quality problems after sales?   
Take photos or videos of the problems and send to us. 
We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problems.

Q7.Do you have any MOQ limit for the order?

Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

Q8.Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
Yes, OEM service is available.
