This brand new 12 Head Mist Maker Humidifier utilizes electrical oscillation at ultrasonic frequencies. The ceramic changes electrical oscillation into mechanical oscillation, which creates the mist and water spray. This oscillation also produces negative ions, which help to freshen air and the mist will add humidity to a room.
Why Should I Buy From You?
This is a commercial grade mist maker. It is the 20mm disc, not 16mm. Bigger disc = Bigger output! The discs are ceramic and coated in Teflon that is ideal for using in water with a high solids count. The lightweight disc allows for faster vibration, allowing for more fog production, and the Teflon coating provides superior protection against buildup. You will save tons in replacement discs alone!
How Does It Work?
Ultrasonic mist makers work by creating ultrasonic vibrations that atomize just about any fluid that you put it in. The lighterweight the fluid, the more mist produced. It creates a small boil on the waters surface that releases the "fog". It is very quiet compared to most humidifiers. To operate, just set the transducer in the float, place it in your water, and plug it in. Voila! The unit will automatically shut itself down after the water level becomes too low.
What Can I Use This For?
These can be used in countless applications. Many use these to raise the humidity level in their greenhouse's or even in their homes. It can also be used in the hydroponic propagation of plants, from cuttings to maturity, however; I would not recommend the single head mist maker for growing plants beyond a cutting. For full term growing I would use at least a three head mist maker. Other uses include pesticide application and so on.
What Sizes Do You Have?
We have 10 and 12 head mist makers.
Notice:
Your mist maker will include the float necessary to keep the fogger at the correct level in the water. Not include the slice of atomizer which one piece olny inrease the atomizing effect for about two hours.
