Advantages of our tire crusher
1).Both rollers are grooved which can improve the output.
2).Roller material is Alloy 5Cr6MnMo, it is life-long time using, no need to change, only welding and polishing after long time using.
3).There are 8 pieces double row long ball rolling bearing inside the machine , anti-friction bearing. This operation mode not only greatly reduce the friction and heat of the equipment, improve the work efficiency and working life of the equipment, but also reduce the energy loss, save 1/3 power consumption.
4).The speed ratios of our rollers is 1:2.5, as we know, the bigger speed ratio difference is,the bigger friction, and the bigger capacity you get.
