Alcohol distillating tower is made up of :
tower pot, tower body, condenser, cooler, buffer tank and high-level storage tank, which is applicable to pharmacy, food, light industry and chemical engineering walks for he thin alcohol recovery.
The parts of this equipment that contact materials are all made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316, so the equipment has good corrosion-resistant, capability and can save energy, protect environment, reduce production cost and increase efficiency.
This device can distill thin alcohol with 30-50 degree to 90-95 degree.
The residual liquid has low discharge alcohol content, which is in accordance with environment protection requirement.
This device adopts highly-effective stainless steel ripple loading material.Theparts contacting material are all made of stainless steel.The equipment surface has got surface polishing treatment. It tallies with GMP medica standards.
