1.Product description of wooden sawdust dryer for sale

Lantian series wooden sawdust dryer can dry many different raw materials contain moisture, such as sawdust, coal, coal slurry, slag, clay and other wet materials. They are widely used in building materials, metallurgy, and chemical industry.
Wooden sawdust dryer cosists of rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device, sealing ring and other components.

Heating source can be coal, charcoal, wood, wood chips, gas, electricity, oil, wind power, etc.

Working principle: The drum of the dryer is a slightly inclined cylindrical rotatable body. The wet materials enter into from the upper end and dry materials are collected from the lower part of the other side. Hot air enter from the feed end or the discharge end, and exits from the other end of the upper part. Cylinder allocated with forward copy board make the material in the process of rotating in cylinder are constantly raised and shed and made full contact with the hot air, in order to improve efficiency and make the drying material to move forward. Usually the heating source of dried material is heat hot air, hot flue gas and water vapor.
