Frozen fries with it's fast, simple and delicious, and has become one of the most popular foods for consumers. It is also fast-food snacks in fast-frozen foods. The cleaned and peeled fresh potatoes pass through the picking line and enter the slitter. The size of the fries can be adjusted according to customer requirements. After removing the starch on the surface of the potato strips, the color of the potato strips is kept, so that it does not black. After blanching, the air line can effectively remove the moisture on the surface of the potato strips and then enter the frying line. The frozen fries are fried for a short time, then cooled by air-cooled oil, and then enter the quick-freezer and packaging machine.

Potato Chips Processing

Fresh Potato→→washing&peeling→→cutting→→blanching→→dewatering→→frying→→de-oiling→→flavoring →→packing

1.Washing and Peeling Machine

First connect the machine to the power, open water pipes, and then Add potatoes to the hopper, about 3-5 minutes later, move the baffle at the expect mouth , potatoes will be out automatically.

2.Potato Cutting Machine

Switch on the power, put the peeled clean potatoes into the feed continuously, then they will be cut into chips automatically.

3.Blanching Machine

This machine is used to deactivate the activity of the oxidase, take off the overmuch starch, separate out the reducing sugar, also after blanching,it will get inner soft taste of french fries.

4.De-watering Machine

The cooling action removes moisture from the surface of the chips and sends it to the frying machine

5.Frying Machine

The frying time is 2-5minutes at the frying temperature is 170-180 ℃for potato chips; Frying temperature is about 180-190 °C, and the frying time is about 1 minutes for frozen French fries.

6.De-oil Machine

Put the fried chips into the De-oiling machine, then the chips will be ok for one minutes.

7.Air Drying Machine

Use fan to blow off the water on stick surface, then deliver sticks into the freezer.

8.Seasoning Machine

Put the de-oiled chips into the seasoning machine, adding spices according to the tastes of your choice, switch on the power, spices will be evenly attached to the French fries on potato chips.

9.Packing Machine

Used to pack the french fries potato chips automatically .
