Its power supply is provided by a cable drum. The crane consists of three mechanisms: lifting, trolley operation and mast operation. 1.2The crane is equipped with a suitable flexible hydraulic container spreader, connected to the trolley via an upper frame and a wire rope system.

2. Advanced manufacturing technology

The crane wheel and axle undergo high-frequency quenching and tempering treatment to eliminate internal stress and ensure processing accuracy. A welding robot is used, and the internal seam welds of the main beam are welded using advanced MAG welding. Main beam welding uses radiographic flaw detection and ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure welding quality.
