These are specially designed needle roller bearings for long life and low maintenance of the ring frame. The outer ring of the bearing has a convex surface to accommodate misalignment of the roller cage. Crowning also helps prevent early bearing failure by evenly distributing loads. The flange of the inner ring is knurled to provide an effective seal, preventing fibers from entering the bearing and protecting it from damage. The lower roller bearing uses a steel cage divided into two halves or a plastic cage. The design of the cage bag ensures that the needle will not fall and gives it positive and accurate guidance. Bearing lubrication is achieved through grease nipples. The bearings are easily fixed on the roller bracket via brackets (locating caps). Brackets (positioning caps) can be customized to unique application designs.
