The flow parts of Sanitary screw pump are all made of sanitary material (SS304, SS316, SS316L etc.). The core components of pump and the sealing device can adopt different materials and different sealing form according to the different characteristics of the medium to meet the needs of various fluids.

Pump inlet and outlet type can be optional such as clamp quick mounting type , flange type, internal thread, external thread, union connector, hopper type

Pump body can be customized as high temperature resistant type, heat preservation type, water cooling type.

Pump material can be divided into stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316, 316L, according to the actual medium.

Motor can be equipped with ordinary motor,frequency conversion motor, explosion-proof motor ,gear motor ,electromagnetic speed regulating motor or stepless speed regulating motor etc.

Main working parts of single screw pump are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bush (stator). The pump is suitable for conveying medium temperature below 80 ℃ (special requirements of up to 150 ℃) such as high viscosity fluid and other medium containing hard suspended particles or fiber etc. impurities.

Pump parts are less with compact structure, small volume, easy maintenance. Rotor and stator is the vulnerable parts of the pump.

Sanitary single screw pump is mainly used for the delivery of viscosity fluids and other medium with poor fluidity.
