design

If we develop, design and manufacture most of the components ourselves, it's obvious that we are the best choice to assemble them. The assembly of hydraulic components and systems places high demands on accuracy, precision and hygiene. Machining

Its sharpest precision and flexibility. At our factory in Jinan, we have multiple CNC machine tools equipped with automatic tool changing and up to five axes to process all six sides of the workpiece simultaneously. Our skilled operators produce components with tolerances down to a few hundredths of a millimeter, a prerequisite for our own developed hydraulic components.

Once the cylinder is carved, a final coat of chrome is applied cleanly.

welding

We have all the welding expertise required to produce custom solutions. We weld stainless and structural steel components and complex designs, both manually and robotically. Large repetitive welding jobs are handled by our robotic units to streamline production and ensure continued quality.

Performance Testing

HCIC has professional performance testing before leaving the factory. Hydraulic cylinder testing capabilities include cylinder friction test, cycle test, pulse endurance test, drift rate test (piston seal leakage), and pressure resistance test (150% rated pressure applied for 5 minutes). Hydraulic cylinder testing systems can be configured to test single-acting and double-acting hydraulic cylinders.
