1. Cylinder

1.1 Cylinder tube: cold drawn precision seamless steel tube, hot rolled seamless steel tube, forged tube.

1.2 Pipe material: SAE1020(20#), SAE1045(45#), 16Mn(Q345B), 27SiMn, etc.

1.3 Surface roughness: R0.16-0.32μm

1.4 Internal chrome plating: if necessary, chrome-plate the inner pipe.

2. Piston rod

2.1 Rod material: 35#, SAE1045(45#), 35CrMo, 42CrMo4, etc.

2.1 Technical treatment: quenching and tempering. 1.5-1mm, or 1.03mm per millimeter.

4. Inspection and testing
