application process

ECSM-TH500The Trailer Crack Sealer is oil jacketed, diesel powered and designed for crack sealing. The heat transfer system consists of an oil transfer interlayer and a combustion chamber. The heat transfer oil is heated through the combustion chamber to provide indirect heating for the material.

ECSM-TH500The Trailer Crack Sealer is suitable for most crack sealing applications. Has enough capacity for larger crack sealing jobs and enough versatility to allow contractors to complete smaller parking lot and driveway projects.

1. Safety design.The double shock absorption system (leaf spring and gas spring) greatly improves the working stability and safety. Lower center of gravity for better stability.

2. User friendly.Two ports to receive seal rods; and fingertip control of sealant pumping on seal rods.

3. Centralized temperature controller.Omron dual-digital LCD thermostat: Simultaneously display the real-time and required temperatures of heat transfer oil, sealant, and electric heating hoses, and automatically control the heating process.

4. Heating evenly.45-degree downward combustion chamber and oil-jacketed tank allow for high heating efficiency without the need for coking sealants.

5. The melting speed is fast and continuous.Full-time internal material recirculation draws heat sealant from the bottom of the tank to the top, creating an even sealant temperature and accelerating melting of new sealant lumps.

6. Oil set pan.The flame does not come into direct contact with the tank walls, eliminating hot spots and reducing tank fatigue.

7. External pump.An external pump provides more room for material and minimizes maintenance.

8. Electric heating hose.The hose is ultra-flexible for a 270-degree work coverage.

9. Single axisEasy and smooth towing.

10. Integrated crack router.It has a cracked milling platform and a lifting system.
