API Torque Tubing Anchor

1. Introduction of torsion anchor

Torque anchors are special anchors for PC pumps. The centering performance is good, and there is no need to lift when anchoring into the well. Simple operation and good stability. The anchor block is anchored on the inner wall of the casing at the same time, and the same pressure is applied to the casing at three points to avoid damage to the casing. In order to prevent the tubing thread from being tripped, the anchoring force of the anchor bolt should be greater than the reverse torque. Torque ≥ 5000N·m. Alloy anchor bolts are suitable for corroding oil and gas wells. The anchor has very good anchoring performance, convenient operation and good centering performance.

Torque anchors are mainly exported to Peru, Venezuela, Kazakhstan, Russia, Sudan, Chad, Algeria and other countries.

4. How to use

4.1 Select the anchor bolt according to the casing size.

4.2 Connect the anchor bolts under the PC pump.

4.3 Check whether the module works normally.

4.4 Put the anchor bolt into the casing.

4.5 After reaching the required depth, turn the tubing string clockwise with a torque of 400N.m, and at the same time the anchor has been anchored on the casing.

4.6 Fix the tubing string to the wellhead and complete the anchor loading.

4.7 Turn the pipe string 1-5 circles, unload the anchor.
