Product Application
Broom filament making machine is our developed and upgraded machine which is used for making all kinds of hollow or solid round wire with the material of PP, nylon, PET, or PE etc. The finished products with high strength can be made for broom wire ,toothbrush wire or other kinds of brush wire.
This machine unit includes extruder, mould, cold water tank, traction engine (No.1), hot water tank, traction engine (No.2), oil tank, array wire machine, frame winding and electronic controller box etc.

1.Using the high strength alloy steel screws,has good plasticizing effect,extrusion amount evenly,corrosion resistance,resistance to wear,etc
2.The novel die structure ,mesh and convenient to replace heart-resisting alloy spinneret,nozzle size is united.
3.The roder tractor linkage equipment ,implement two step regulating speed.
4.Cold hot water tank is made by stainless steel,never rust.
5.Box type winding by lorque electric receive a volume.Using polished rod line silk, winding steady low noise,energy saving,good reliability.
