Automatic horizontal foam cutting machine

This machine uses a high-speed blade to automatically cut the foam block into different thicknesses according to the set thickness

The cutting frame is fixed, the cutting head moves up and down automatically, and the worktable with the foam block moves along the guide rail to cut the foam block

Advantage:

2. Put sandpaper on the workbench to increase friction and prevent the foam block from moving

3. Customized maximum cutting width 1250mm/1650mm/2150mm/2300mm

4. The maximum cutting height can reach 1500mm

5. It can be equipped with automatic pressure roller pressing block to cut thick foam sheet

6. The machine will automatically cut the foam block from top to bottom until finished

7. Equipped with a limit switch to protect the machine

8. A vacuum system can be installed under the cutting blade to improve cutting accuracy

Machine size can be customized according to foam block size
