QL2000C Automatic Vertical Cutting Machine

The machine is used to cut the big foam block into small size foam

the worktble is fixed, two vertical baffle will hold and move the foam block left and right, and the cut head will move forward and backward to slice off the foam block

cuting blade is with twist blade, the blade can cut the foam block with both direction to improve the cutting efficiency

with 2 pcs of linear rail to guide the cutting head to guanratee the cutting accuracy

worktable surface is with stainless steel to move the foam block easier and extend the machine life

two vertical baffles are controlled by seperated step motor to guanratee the accucacy

with automatic blade hold device to improve the cutting accuracy

outside worktable could be put down to load and unload the foam block automatically

air table could be installed to load and unload the foam block easily
