Vacuum Ceramic Disc Filter

Vacuum ceramic disc filter is a high-efficiency and energy-saving filtering equipment, which uses vacuum and microporous ceramic plates for solid-liquid separation. The filter plates are made of white fused alumina, which is resistant to almost all temperatures and corrosive materials and has a long service life. The microwells in the plate allow only liquids to flow through, blocking air and solids. When the ceramic filter plate is immersed in the slurry tank, the filtrate is sucked out and a filter cake is formed on the surface of the plate

 

Ceramic filters ensure high productivity and excellent process results in mining applications. The equipment can achieve high-efficiency dehydration with a competitive investment budget, low installation and operating costs, and high safety.
