According to the customer's requirements and budget, we will provide equipment pictures, job site videos, plant processing drawings, assembly drawings, foundation drawings, and plant layout drawings. Customers are welcome to visit our factory, and the equipment work site of previous customers. We will arrange car, hotel and interpreter for visiting clients.

-Sales service
Our experienced technicians can be contacted by telephone and the Internet, and customers can obtain practical guidance through telephone, email, and online services anytime and anywhere. According to the customer's requirements, we will send technicians to the mine to guide the installation, trial run test, and train operators until the equipment is in normal operation.

- After-sales service
Usually, the equipment warranty period is 18 months from installation, but it can be extended to 24 months according to customer requirements. Spare parts for equipment will be available at manufacturing cost for at least 10 years after order is placed. In order to establish a long-term cooperative relationship, we will call and send emails to customers regularly to check the operation of the equipment, put forward maintenance suggestions, and return to customers when necessary to solve problems in the operation of the equipment.
