work rules

Jet mill is a crushing machine that uses high-speed compressed air to grind dry materials into ultra-fine powder.It is composed of screw feeder, milling nozzle, milling chamber, classifying chamber and so on.

The speed of the screw feeder is adjustable, and the raw materials are fed into the jet mill stably and continuously. Compressed air reaches very high speeds as it passes through specially designed nozzles. The materials are carried by the compressed air, crushed in the air flow, and grind each other through repeated impacts. The crushed material flies upwards with the updraft and enters the classifier room. The crushed material is subjected to two forces: the centrifugal force generated by the rapid rotation of the classifying wheel and the aerodynamic attraction force of the suction fan. If the ground material is finer than the classification range, the pneumatic attraction is stronger, and the material passes through the classification wheel and enters the cyclone separator and dust collector for collection. Instead, coarser material is returned to the grinding chamber for regrinding.
