Before our 2000L LPG tanks are shipped, we will use advanced testing equipment to conduct a series of tests to ensure the quality and safe use of the tanks. Such as nondestructive testing, air tightness testing, water pressure testing, heating process, etc.

Standard Finishes: Our standard finishes for exterior surfaces are highly effective against corrosion. First, the entire tank is sandblasted to remove rust, sprayed with primer, and then sprayed with polyurethane topcoat for double-layer anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment. For customers in some special environments, we have developed an anti-corrosion type to prevent acid and alkali, thereby prolonging the service life of the product in special environments.

Compared with traditional manual welding, mechanical automatic welding is a method of welding by burning an arc under the flux layer. Mechanical automatic welding is one of the most effective mechanized welding methods today. The welding quality is stable, the welding productivity is high, and there is no arc and smoke, etc., which make our products neat, smooth and beautiful, and prolong the service life.

Gas stove parameters are for reference only. We offer a full range of tank sizes from 5000 liters to 150,000 liters, including horizontal and vertical vessels. All storage tanks are designed in accordance with ISO9001 certification.
