Multifunctional 2 in 1 Portable Wire Drilling and Welding Machine, 220V or380v, 55~160mm

The Portable Wire Boring Welder is an on-site portable machining/welding machine used to repair worn, oversized or irregularly shaped holes. It combines the functions of line boring and welding into one. For the modular design, the welding rod allows direct mounting on the line boring machine frame. Make it switch immediately after drilling and start welding work, saving a lot of time and higher efficiency. Our wire boring machines are exported to India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Russia, etc.

Wire drilling and welding diameters are 40mm~600mm; Modular design, easy disassembly and assembly on site, less affected by site location and space. The largest piece weighs 27KG and can be operated by one person. The two functions of boring and welding are combined into one, and customers can easily operate and switch the boring and welding modes on one machine. To protect the system, install intelligent power supply technology, when the voltage fluctuates, the control box can stabilize the output. If there is overvoltage/current/overload, the protection will be activated to shut down the machine. Remote control, can be operated by remote control operation.
