X(s)n-35l Rubber Kneader/Rubber Kneader/Banbury Internal Mixer

This series of pressurized kneaders adopts an elliptical tangential rotor. The working surface of the rotor is surfacing welding wear-resistant hard alloy. The surface of the mixing chamber and the working surface of the pressure rod device are all treated with hard chrome plating, which is durable, corrosion-resistant and has a long service life.

The rotor, mixing chamber and pressure head all adopt circulation channel structure to realize the circulation of heat transfer medium. According to different processing requirements, the mixed material can be heated by hot steam or cooled by cold water.

The rotor is supported by rolling bearings, which is easy to maintain and has a long service life.

The transmission system adopts NGW planetary hard tooth surface gear reducer, which has compact structure, higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life.

The pressure head device is driven by an air cylinder and presses on the mixed material to make the material evenly mixed and improve production efficiency.

This machine is suitable for plasticating and kneading of rubber and plastics, and also for kneading or kneading of viscous materials.
