The natural lignin component of biomass is released together with wood fibers under high pressure and temperature. During the briquetting process, lignin acts as a glue to bind wood particles together, thereby bonding and compressing the biomass to form high-density briquettes of various molds, such as hexagonal, quadrilateral, square, etc. According to your request, we can also change the shape according to the order. The diameter of the briquettes is 50-80 mm. Also, non-adhesives need to be used in the process.
