Radial cylindrical roller bearings consist of an inner and/or outer ring, a roller cage and a set of controlled-profile cylindrical rollers. Timken cylindrical bearings offer the highest possible radial load capacity compared to other types of roller bearings. Three basic styles are offered to meet various application requirements: Single Row Cylindrical Bearings: Six types are available. Each has the same cage type, but different inner and outer ring configurations to suit different application designs.

Two Row Cylindrical Bearings: Custom designs are available upon request (not currently a standard catalog item) and offer more radial capacity than traditional single row types.

Four-row cylindrical bearings: have extremely high radial load capacity, but no thrust capacity.
