Product Description
application:
The compacting granulator is suitable for the recycling and granulation of various plastic wastes, such as
PE, HDPE, LDPE, PP, BOPP plastic film, bags, fibers, rope waste, etc. Films can be compressed in a compressor and then
be granulated.
1. Applicable plastic materials: PE, HDPE, LDPE, PP, BOPP, PET, PA/Nylon, etc.
2. Material shape: film, bag, fiber, rope scraps.
3. Material type: roll, bulk, bundle.
4. The materials come from leftover materials, industrial defective materials, washed materials and printing materials.
Note: Depending on the material properties, different downstream equipment is required.
Process flow:
Belt conveyor→metal detector→film agglomerator/compactor→single screw extruder→hydraulic filter exchanger→die head→water ring cutting→dehydrator→vibrator→air dryer blowing system→storage hopper → Finished product packaging.
Detailed description of each item:
1. Belt conveyor: convey PP PE film or sheet to the compactor.
2. PE film granulator/tablet press machine: crush and compress the film, and force the compressed film into the extruder to make
