Product Description

The HOPSON HOR repairs damage up to 11 inches (275 mm) in 60 thick off-road tires. One-piece construction provides easier installation and eliminates the need for piggyback applications. Specially designed layers distribute fabric and stress and provide maximum flexibility and strength.

Throughout the structure of the HOR repair, superior composite materials prevent overvulcanization, even when the tire is returned to service. For optimum bonding with all vulcanization systems, HOR can be used in uncured, cloth backed and low temperature chemical vulcanization units.

HOPSON HOR provides permanent repair for tubeless or tubed tires and repairs damage to the shoulder, sidewall or crown.

All low temperature and cloth back HORs have HOPSON's beaded tags that allow service technicians to record month, year and other identification for warranty purposes.

notes:All HOPSON HOR Repair Sets must be used with appropriate damage filling materials. Do not use the HOR repair device on open injuries.
