HOPSON tire repair needles are used to pull wire inserts during tire repair.

Ideal for passenger car, motorcycle, ATV, SUV and truck tire repair.

We can provide you with tire repair procedures in different lengths and different needle types.

1. Mark the damaged part of the tire and pull out the nail.
2. Use the probe tool and insert the tire in the direction of the cut.
3. Use the tire seal and 1/2 piece in the plug insertion tool.
4. Use the tire seal and thread it 2/3 of the way through the tire. After this, press the seal with your hand and pull out the tool.
5. Cut the remaining tire bead 5 mm from the outside of the tire. (Should be sure that the tire seal has passed through the tire to prevent skidding due to air intake.)
