GDPQ-5000 Power Quality Analyzer Portable Power Tester

Product Description

GDPQ-5000 Power Quality Analyzer is a comprehensive testing instrument specially designed for three-phase on-site testing with multi-functional intelligence and simple man-machine operation developed by our company. It has the characteristics of easy to use, large LCD display, high resolution, Chinese and English interface, and shockproof shell structure. Simultaneously measure 4-way current (ABC three-phase and neutral line current), 4-way voltage (ABC three-phase voltage and neutral line-to-ground voltage), current and voltage peak value, maximum/minimum value within a period of time, three-phase Unbalance coefficient, short-term voltage flicker, transformer K factor, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor and displacement power factor, active power, reactive power, apparent power, total harmonic distortion rate harmony Wave, etc.; Display the real-time waveform of the current voltage, harmonic ratio histogram; Dynamically capture the instantaneous voltage and current changes, monitor the starting current, monitor the power parameters and generate an alarm list, generate a trend graph and record test data for a long time.

feature

2.1. Measurement function

  • Waveform real-time display (4-channel voltage/4-channel current).
  • True rms value of voltage and current.
  • DC component of voltage.
  • peak current and voltage values.
  • Minimum and maximum half cycle RMS current and voltage values.
  • The phasor diagram is displayed.
  • Each harmonic is measured up to 50 times.
  • The bar graph shows the harmonic ratio of the current and voltage of each phase.
  • Total Harmonic Distortion (THD).
  • Active, reactive, apparent power, phase-by-phase and cumulative.
  • Active work, reactive work, apparent energy, phase separation and accumulation.
  • Transformer K factor.
  • Power Factor (PF) and Displacement Factor (DPF or COSΦ).
  • Short-term voltage flicker (PST).
  • Three-phase unbalance (current and voltage).

2.2. Transient capture function
Monitor the instantaneous changes of grid voltage and current parameters, including voltage and current fluctuations, voltage and current surges, voltage sags and short-term interruptions, temporary overvoltages, inrush currents, and instantaneous current and voltage distortions. The instrument can store 150 sets of transient waveforms at the same time.

2.3. Starting current monitoring
Monitoring the line surge current and the start-up current when the electrical equipment is started will help to correctly design the capacity. It can display the RMS rising/falling curve, the envelope of the starting current, the waveforms of 4 currents and 4 voltages during the starting process. Start recording about 100s after the trigger, and store the current/voltage instantaneous and waveform curves of each cycle within 100s.

2.4. Trend record storage function
Stores all test parameters for basic test functions (Urms, Uthd, Ucf, Uunb, Hz, Vrms, Vthd, Vcf, Vunb, PST, Arms, Athd, Acf, Aunb, KF, W, VAR, VA, PF, COSφ, TANφ ), the 50th voltage harmonic, and the 50th current harmonic. and create trend curves. The data can be recorded for a long time according to the needs (at the same time, 20 parameters are selected to record data every 5 seconds, which can be recorded for about 300 days).

2.5. Alarm function
Set the limit value according to the needs, monitor whether the value is overshoot, and generate an alarm log for overshoot, such as: voltage, current, unbalance, harmonic ratio, frequency, active power, and total harmonic distortion. 40 groups of different alarms can be configured, and each group can set different monitoring parameters (including 50 harmonics, a total of 123 different parameters) and limit values, and can also set the minimum time for overshoot. The log can contain up to 12,800 alerts.

2.6. Snapshot function
Any picture can be saved (screen snapshot), and the time and test mode are automatically recorded at the same time. For example, voltage and current waveforms, harmonic histograms, phasor diagrams, etc. can be saved. Up to 60 screen captures can be saved.

2.7. Communication function
Through USB and computer communication, the monitoring software can display power quality analysis waveforms, read transient waveforms, trend chart records, alarm logs, screenshots, and displays on the computer.

2.8. Setting function
Users can configure time and date, configure screen contrast and brightness, and define colors for each phase curve.
Select a network connection type.
Configure the type and voltage ratio of the current sensor.

2.9. Help menu
You can press the "Help" button to obtain relevant information at each operation stage.
