Carton Liner Bag in Box Line for Packaging Margarine Butter Semi-Liquids

Ideal bag in box line for packaging magarine, butter, shortening and similar semi-liquids in bulk. It is a spoutless bag in box, different from a standard bag-in-box which is with a spout and fitment. The line fills the carton liner bag from its open top and then heat-seals the top. 

This bag in box forming filling and sealing line is designed for packaging fluids like margarine, butter, cream or other pasty products with spoutless bags in boxes. Erect cartons and seal bottoms to form boxes, insert and line open-top bags in cartons, weigh fill product, heat-seal bags and seal box top, all automatically. 

The bag in box packaging line includes a carton erector, a carton lining machine (lining bags in erected cartons by one each), a weigh filling machine, a liner bag sealer, a carton sealer and conveyors. The cartons can be sealed with tape or hot melt glue. 

This carton lining machine feeds film from a roll stock, cuts and seals to form a bag, inserts the bag in an erected carton, opens and cuffs the bag over the carton top flaps, blows air to extend the bag to fit the internal wall of carton better. The machine reduces labor and material costs, is simple to operate and easy to adjust. High efficiency and labor saving.

The liner bag sealer uncuffs the bag off the carton top flaps, then folds it inwards from sides, vacuumizes the bag (optional), heat-seals the bag top and then flattens it in the carton.

The product-contact parts in the filling machine are made of 316L stainless steel, acid-proof and corrosion-resistance.
