Mixing chamber:

It consists of a "W"-shaped machine body and two side plates extruded and welded by high-quality steel plates. The side plates adopt top pressure to withstand the flow of cooling water or steam. Its inner walls are plated with hard chrome.

Thermal resistance:

There is a plug-in thermal resistance in the middle section of the bottom of the box, which is connected with the electrical system and used to detect and display the temperature.

Rotor:

It is designed for Banbury type hollow blades. The hollow is connected to the axial hole of the rotor shaft and is used as a cooling or heating channel. The top edge of the blade and the end surface of the rotor shaft are welded and ground with cobalt-based hard alloy, and then plated with hard chrome and polished.

Cooling/Heating System:

Common piping systems are used to cool or heat materials during mixing operations. With this system, cooling water or steam is delivered in three ways to the cavities of the rotor blades, the mixing chamber and the top plunger.

Tilt Mechanism:

It consists of a rotor with a brake, a cycloid reducer, a TP type worm gear, etc., which can drive the mixing chamber to tilt 140° around the front rotor.

Dust seal:

The connection between the top of the mixing chamber and the cantilever of the frame adopts an arc-shaped grooved dust-proof sealing component, which has a good and reliable sealing effect.

The end face of the rotor is sealed with end face contact, oil-free lubrication, good sealing, wear-resistant and durable.

Main drive system:

This part is composed of main motor, reducer and connecting gear. Realize the mutual rotation of the rotor and the working surface at odd speeds.

Pneumatic control system:

The pneumatic control system is controlled by XG command. The two-way cylinder raises or lowers the slider. When the mixing chamber is overloaded, the top plate can be automatically or manually raised as needed to protect the motor from overloading.

Electric control system:

The electric control system adopts imported PLC devices and electric control components, all of which are imported products or imported technology products, which improves the control reliability.
