1. Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Di An City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam

2. What is your payment terms?

All prices are in US dollars.

The payment amount is net to our account (same as issued pro forma invoice). For orders valued under $5,000, terms or payment are 100% prepaid. For other value greater than USD 5,000, there is 50% deposit, then the rest before shipment.

Preferred payment method: Wire transfer (T/T).

3. What's the production and shipping time?

Production time is approximately 2 or 3 weeks, depending on the type and quantity of products ordered.

Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method.

By air: 2 to 7 days.

Shipping by sea:

·Asian Destinations: 7 to 28 days.

· European Destinations: 18 to 28 days.

4.What about the warranty?

We back our Bison lifts with a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase.
