Q1. Can I have a sample order to test?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check the quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the delivery time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 8-12 days.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ for all PCBs?
A: No MOQ, we do custom PCB and flex PCB, depends on customer's project.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For small quantity, we ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. Usually it takes 3-5 days, large quantity takes 20-30 days by sea (details will be confirmed with forwarder).
Q5. I don't have drawing, how to deal with it?
A: First let us know your detailed requirements (if you have samples, please send us, we will copy). Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly, the customer confirms the samples and pays a deposit for the formal order. Fourth, we arrange production.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
Answer: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design based on our samples first.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we provide 1-3 years warranty for our products.

Q8: How to deal with failure?
A: First of all, our products are produced under strict quality control system, and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%. Secondly, during the warranty period, if it is our problem, we will repair and resend it to you, or we can discuss in detail to find the final solution.
