Anyang blacksmith with electric hammer

Anyang blacksmith power hammers are widely used in industrial free die forging from 150kg to 2000kg. The frame is cast iron and the internal parts are forged steel and precision machined. The design is based on the tried and tested designs of old European pneumatic hammers, many of which are still in use today.

Features and advantages:

1. Anyang gas forging hammer does not need an external air compressor. It will compress the air inside through a flywheel driven by a motor.

2. The cast iron frame will never bend or deform. Comparing the weight of the different hammers available, you will find that the Anyang is the heaviest. Cast iron is much more expensive to manufacture but allows designers to put mass and strength where it is needed.

3. The frame is guaranteed for life, the wearing parts are free from defects for one year, and the electrical components are free from defects for one year.

6. Low maintenance. Anyang electric hammer automatic and fully adjustable oil system. The two filler nipples are easily accessible. Large tapered roller bearings in the crankcase provide long, trouble-free life.
