Medical high flow sintered porous UHMWPE PE filter element

DALON sintered plastic filters are made of PE powder. During the production of PE sintered filters, powder is gravity filled into molds to form strong, brittle parts. The pore size can be determined by the chosen power and applied pressure.
The final performance of the filter is affected by the shape, size and distribution of the powder.
