SK7612A CNC Internal Thread Grinder This machine is mainly used for precision grinding of ball screw nuts. Precision grinding of cylindrical faces, end faces and discs of nuts in a single setup.

Using the SIEMENS 828D NC system, 3 of the 4 axes can perform linked motion.

main feature

1) The basic parts such as bed, worktable and grinding wheel frame are all made of high-strength and high-quality cast iron, which have undergone aging treatment and manual scraping technology to ensure advanced stability and high precision;

2) The traverse (Z axis) of the worktable is generated by the servo motor through the coupling chain and the high-precision ball screw pair;

3) The X-axis is driven by a servo motor through a coupling chain and a high-precision ball pair to control the cross feed of cylindrical grinding and internal thread grinding;

4) The operation is automated, with a high degree of intelligence and no pollution.

5) Use the connector to connect with the air conveyor, which can be directly connected to the filling machine in series.
