Detailed description of IBC (ton tank): (1) Medicinal plastic barrel: high-strength galvanized frame, and all cross riser parts of the frame adopt 4 widening welding process to enhance vibration resistance. It can meet the two-layer transportation requirements of sea containers. (2) Pull rod: screwed into the top of the tank, so that the inner tank is easy to replace, and the inner tank is stable and does not fall off. (3) Nameplate: The nameplate on the outer surface of the frame can indicate the company name, product and other label descriptions; so that customers can fully understand the company information. (4) Outlet of plastic barrels for medical reagents: DN50, DN80 ball valves or butterfly valves can be installed according to customer requirements, which are suitable for various food and chemical products. (5) Feeding port: The screw cap with DN150 breathing valve has breathing function, which can balance the pressure in the tank during the long-term and long-distance transportation of special products. (6) Inner liner: Three layers of UV-resistant high-density polyethylene are used, which are co-extruded and blow-molded at one time. The inner tank is marked with a liquid level line, which has strong weather resistance and is not easy to remain liquid. (7) Pallet: High-strength galvanized steel pallet, which can carry 2 tons of weight without deformation of the beam. Corner guards: Quadrilateral corner beads and valve baffles made of engineering plastics provide protection for the liner and valve.
