Pharmaceutical Chemical Stainless Steel Chemical Crystallization Reactor Machinery

The reactor is a closed vessel for chemical reaction, distillation, crystallization, mixing and material separation. This is specially designed equipment with agitator and gearbox with electric motor. Agitators are used for proper mixing, vortex formation, vortex formation as required. The type of agitator is determined according to the process requirements. Jacketed/limpet coils are used to maintain reaction conditions by providing facilities such as steam, chilled water, chilled water, chilled brine and hot water. Solids were added to the reactor manually through manholes/nozzles, and liquids were added to the reactor through liquid transfer lines connected to the reactor or manually through a metering bottle. The solution or slurry was drained from the reactor by nitrogen pressure or a pump through a bottom discharge valve.
