Product Description
A cement production line (cement plant) is a cement equipment production line consisting of a series of equipment. The production line is mainly composed of crushing pre-homogenization, raw meal homogenization, preheating decomposition, cement clinker firing, cement grinding and packaging and other processes. The main equipment used in the whole production line includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, raw meal vertical mill, cement ball mill, preheating system, cement rotary kiln, packaging machine, etc. All cement equipments of this production line are provided by our factory.
1. Crushing and pre-homogenization
(1) Crushing: In the process of cement production, most of the raw materials need to be crushed, such as limestone, clay, iron ore, coal, etc. Limestone is a major raw material for cement production. After mining, the particle size is large and the hardness is high. Therefore, limestone is a raw material for cement production in large quantities. After mining, the particle size is large and the hardness is high. The crushing process is more economical and more convenient than the grinding process. Try to crush large materials into small and uniform particle size to reduce the load of grinding equipment and increase the output of the grinding machine. After the material is crushed, it can reduce the separation of materials with different particle sizes during transportation and storage, prepare raw meal with uniform composition, and improve the batching accuracy. (2) Pre-homogenization of raw materials: Pre-homogenization of raw materials is that when the materials are stacked, the feed is continuously stacked by the stacker into as many layers as possible that are parallel to each other, overlap up and down, and have the same thickness as possible. . When taking material, try to cut all material layers at the same time in the direction perpendicular to the material layer, and cut them in sequence until the material is taken, that is, "flat lay and straight take". The raw material yard has the functions of storage and homogenization at the same time.
2. Raw food preparation
(1) Raw material ratio: The raw material ratio includes four batching bins (or other special auxiliary bins) of limestone, sandstone, iron ore and fly ash. There is a weighing feeder at the bottom of the silo, which can quantitatively feed various materials according to the proportion required by the production process. It is sent to the vertical grinding system by the belt conveyor for grinding. (2) Grinding of raw material: The material falls to the center of the grinding disc through the blanking chute through the air lock feeding device, and is thrown to the edge of the grinding disc under the action of centrifugal force, and is ground by the mill. grinding rollers. The pulverized material overflows from the edge of the grinding disc and is blown upwards at high speed by the hot air jet from the nozzle. According to the difference of air flow speed, part of the material is brought into the high-efficiency powder separator by the air flow, and the coarse powder is separated and returned to the grinding table for re-grinding; the qualified fine powder flows out of the mill with the gas, mixed with the dust collected by the humidification tower and electrostatic precipitator, and passed through the mill. The chute and bucket elevator are sent to the raw material homogenization bin for homogenization storage
3. Raw meal homogenization
When the raw meal powder is unloaded downward, it is stirred by the air and the action of gravity, which produces a "funnel effect". Try cutting the surface of multiple layers of material and mixing well. Different fluidizing air is used to make the parallel material surfaces in the bin have different sizes of fluidizing expansion. Some areas are unloaded, and some areas are fluidized, so that the surface of the material in the silo is inclined for radial mixing and homogenization. In the process of cement production, stabilizing the composition of the raw meal entering the pit is the premise of stabilizing the thermal system of clinker sintering, and the raw meal homogenization system plays the latter role of stabilizing the composition of the raw meal entering the pit.
4. Preheating and pre-decomposition
The preheating and partial decomposition of raw materials are completed by the preheater instead of part of the function of the rotary kiln, thereby shortening the length of the return kiln, so that the heat exchange process in which the gaseous materials are in the accumulation state in the kiln is moved to the suspended state in the preheater, so that the The material is fully mixed with the hot gas from the kiln, which increases the contact area of ​​the gas and the material, and the heat transfer speed is fast and the heat exchange efficiency is high. (1) Preheater: The main function is to make full use of the waste heat of the exhaust gas discharged from the rotary kiln and the calciner to heat the raw meal, so that the raw meal is preheated and part of the carbonate is decomposed. In order to greatly improve the gas-solid heat exchange efficiency and achieve high quality, high yield and low consumption of the entire calcination system, three functions of uniform gas-solid dispersion, rapid heat exchange and efficient separation are required. (2) Pre-decomposition: the emergence of pre-decomposition technology It is a technological leap in cement calcination process. That is, a decomposition furnace is installed between the preheater and the rotary kiln, and a fuel injection device is installed by using the flue at the end of the kiln, so that the exothermic process of fuel combustion and the endothermic process of raw carbonate decomposition can be suspended or fluidized. It is carried out rapidly in the calciner, so that the decomposition rate of the raw meal into the kiln is increased to more than 90%. The original carbonate decomposition task in the rotary kiln is moved to the decomposition furnace; most of the fuel comes from the calciner, and a small amount comes from the kiln head, which reduces the heat load of the calcining area in the kiln, prolongs the service life of the furnace lining, and is conducive to large-scale production ; Since the fuel and the raw meal are evenly mixed, the combustion heat energy of the fuel is transferred to the material in time, thereby optimizing the combustion, heat exchange and carbonate decomposition process. Therefore, it has a series of excellent performance and characteristics such as high quality, high efficiency and low consumption.
5. Firing of cement clinker
After the raw meal is preheated and pre-decomposed in the cyclone preheater, it enters the rotary kiln for clinker combustion. In the rotary kiln, carbonate is further rapidly decomposed, and a series of solid-phase reactions occur to generate AC3, afc4, SC2 and other minerals in the cement clinker. As the temperature of the material near c01300 increases, minerals such as AC3, afc4, SC2 will become liquid phase, and SC2 dissolved in the liquid phase will react with Cao to generate a large amount of SC3 (clinker). After the clinker is fired, the temperature begins to drop. After that, the high-temperature clinker discharged from the rotary kiln is cooled by the cement clinker cooler to the set temperature of the storage and put into storage. At the same time, the sensible heat of the high-temperature clinker is recovered to improve the thermal efficiency of the system and the quality of the clinker.
6. Cement batching station
The cement batching station is equipped with clinker, gypsum and auxiliary material warehouses. There is a weighing feeder at the bottom of each silo, which quantitatively feeds various materials according to the set ratio. There is also a clinker bulk facility on one side of the clinker batching warehouse for external use of clinker. After the material is discharged in proportion by the feeding metering equipment, it is sent to the ball mill by the belt conveyor for grinding.
7. Cement grinding
Cement grinding is not only a post-process of cement manufacturing, but also a process with high energy consumption. It is mainly used to grind cement clinker (and gelling agent, performance modifier, etc.) to a suitable particle size (represented by fineness, specific surface area, etc.) Machine for sorting, coarse powder is re-ground and continue grinding, finished cement is collected by air box pulse bag filter, then conveyed by air chute, and bucket elevator is sent to finished cement warehouse for storage.
8. Cement packaging
After the outgoing cement is unloaded by the unloading device at the bottom of the warehouse, it is sent to the cement packaging workshop and the cement bulk warehouse by the belt conveyor, bucket elevator and air chute. The cement is packed by an eight-nozzle rotary packing machine. The packaged bagged cement is sent to the finished bagged cement warehouse for storage through the unloading conveying system, and can also be directly loaded and unloaded. Cement bulk warehouses are equipped with cement truck bulk facilities for truck bulk cargo.
