Double beam activated lime

The two-beam active lime kiln is suitable for a variety of fuels, with less energy waste and high activity. Due to its simple structure and low cost, it is widely used in the steel and chemical industry. It uses blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, pulverized coal, etc. to calcine high-quality active lime, improve lime quality, and save energy.

Double beam technical features

  1. Production capacity: 100T/D to 600T/D. The operating range is 70% to 100%. Take a 300t/d kiln as an example. It can be adjusted within the range of 210T/D-300T/D without affecting the quality and consumption indicators.
  2. Particle size: 30mm to 60mm, 40mm to 80mm size, range ratio is 1:2
  3. Fuel types: natural gas, petroleum, pulverized coal, coke oven gas, low calorific value gas (such as pure blast furnace gas) and mixed fuels of various fuels (gas and gas, gas and liquid, gas and solid, liquid, solid, etc.)

Structural features and process description:

  1. The kiln body is rectangular or cylindrical, with a double-layer burner beam inside the kiln body, and a peripheral burner in the middle of the kiln body. The kiln is equipped with an exhaust gas lead-out beam, which is divided into five parts: material storage area, preheating area, calcination area, post-calcination area, and cooling area.

There is a storage area between the exhaust gas extraction beam and the kiln roof, which is used to store enough limestone to prevent production from stopping when the kiln roof feeding device needs short-term maintenance.

There is a preheating area between the exhaust gas extraction device and the upper combustion beam to preheat the wire stone.

Between the upper beam and the lower beam of the burner is the calcining area, where the line stone is calcined into fine lime. The height can be adjusted according to the quality requirements or the physical properties of the limestone.

The part between the upper burner beam and the lower gas lead-out beam is the post-calcination area. After the calcined lime passes through this high-temperature, pressure-free zone, the quality is uniform and refined, and the activity is improved.

The cooling area is between the lower gas defrost beam and the lime output. The cooling air enters the kiln from the bottom of the cooling area. The limestone is cooled to 75°C and then leaves the kiln. The heated secondary air enters the calcining area to assist combustion.

  1. The drag beam firing unit is the central part of the kiln. Some fuel (such as gas, liquid and solid) feed pipes enter the beam burner to evenly mix the fuel and combustion air. The mass and area of ​​the burners on the levels are the same. Make the temperature distribution in the kiln section uniform and reduce the raw firing rate.

In order to protect the burner beam from working under high temperature in the calcining zone, the medium (water or thermal oil) enters the burner beam interlayer and circulates for cooling. The medium (water or thermal oil) is cooled down and circulated through the cooler. After the primary air is preheated by the exhaust gas, it enters the kiln through the burner beam, and the heat energy is fully utilized. The kiln is equipped with an alarm device to ensure the safe operation of the burner beam when the temperature of the medium (water or thermal oil) rises above a certain temperature. The auxiliary pump ensures that the medium (water or thermal oil) maintains circulation.
