A:It's 12 months from B/L date. Each machine will be testing for at least 48 hours and get a warranty hangtag before packing and delivery.
Q: What technical support can I get?
A:Each machine has instruction book. We also offer video support. Learning in our factory is for free. We can also send technician to your factory with cost if needed.
Q:What is your term of delivery?
A:We accept EXW, FOB XIAMEN and CIF. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Q:What about the lead time for the mass production?
A:-Sample Order: 1-3 days after receipt of the full payment. - Stock Order: 3-7days after receipt of the full payment. - OEM Order: 20-30days after receipt of the deposit.
Q:How about your after-sales service?
A:One year not including easy consumable parts; If you find any defective accessories first time, we will give you the new parts for free to replace in the next order, as an experienced manufacturer, you can rest assured of the quality and after-sales service
