This pulverizer is high speed, precision grinders for the processing of medium hard, impact resistant and friable materials.

Disc type

Type 1:Disc type for PE PET material
Disc type grinder can better process the raw materials, the powder obtained is more uniform and the particle size is finer, we use
the disc type pulverizer to process those materials that are easy to grind.
Type 2:Disc type for PP EVA, soft PVC When milling the material ,the temperature of cavity is very high, for PP,EVA and soft PVC, it is easy to melt when progress, so we increase the centrifugal fan to reduce the residence time of the material in the cavity.

Rotary type for rigid PVC

Rotary blade can progress rigid better, also because most pvc material contains CaCo3,it will damage the blade, the price of disc blade is more expensive.

Main Parts

To pulverize the material,The final size of finished products depend on the gap space between rotary milling blade and stable milling blade.
Main shaft bearing adopts import trademark: NSK. Oil seal adopts import trademark: HSH. Cooling and lubrication system are matched in the place of shaft to ensure the temperature of shaft in normal working ≤85℃.The main shaft has the treatment of dynamic balancing to make sure that main frame runs smoothly and less vibrating.

The contact of material is stainless steel. the rest are carbon steel
To control the speed of feeding by adjusting the valve of discharge in the base of hopper port and shaking frequency of shaking feeder.

Put the filtrate material into the grinding room again, 30-80 mesh.

High pressure blower in the material to cyclone separator, and then fall into Rotundity vibrating sieve.
