To meet the market demand, Jiangsu Fangsheng Machinery developed and launched environmental plastic granulation line.

●It is different from traditional granulation line.This pelletizing line pays more attention to protecting the physical properties of environmental plastics, can maintain the plasticity, toughness and durability of the original environmental plastics as far as possible.

●The equipment adopts air-cooled cooling mode, including agglomerate feeding, heating extrusion screw, hot cutting device, fast air cooling system, pellet collection device and electric cabinet control system.

●In the heating and plasticizing process of raw material, strict temperature control technology ensures that the molecular structure of materials will not be damaged as much as possible during the heating process. The advanced air cooling method can ensure that the material does not contact with water, and also protect the physical properties of the material.

Compactor

●The rotatory blades of compactor will cut up incoming scraps. ● Frictional heating which caused by high speed rotatory blades and stationary blades will heat and let scraps shrinking just below their agglomerating point. ● Optimal designed guide structure compacts the material and directs it into extruder screw.

Extruder Machine

●A specialized single screw extruder applied to gently melt the pre-compacted material. ●The plastic scraps will be well melted, plasticized in the extruder. ●With double-zone vacuum degassing system, volatiles such as low molecular and moisture will be removed efficiency, especially suitable to heavy printed film and material with some water content.
