Wells has no MOQ, we accept small order of prototyping, we also provide free samples(Sample fee will be refund when place mass order).
2:What format of Bom List you prefer?
We prefer in Excel format with Components’ Part No. ,Manufacturer, Quantity, Value info, other formats
are also accepted.
3:Are my design files secure when I send them to you?
We will sign a confidentiality agreement to keep the security of customerfiles if needed,your files are
never shared nor will any third parties have access to your design files,since they are your property, we
respect the copyright of your files. The customer controls the disposition of these files per your requi-rements and written approval.
4:How long will we get the quotation after providing pcb gerber files, completed bom list, part datasheet and PNP files?
For bare PCB, the quotation will be sent in less than 2 hours, for PCBA, the quotation will be sent within
2 working days,you also can recommend supplier of components to us.
5:How can I know the processing about my PCBA order?
Each Customer will have a sale engineer to contact. Wells working hours: AM 9:00-PM 6:00(Beijing Time)
from Monday to Friday. We will reply your message within 1 hours during our working time. And you also
can contact with our sales by cell phone if urgent.
6:Will all the PCBAs be tested before delivery if we provide the function testing method?
Yes, we ensure that every piece of PCBA will be tested before shipment, and we will send the picture or testing video to you for the confirmation.
