Electro-Thermal Constant Temperature water bath is a device widely used for distillation, serum treatment, thermostatic cultivation in colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, hospitals, sanitation and anti-epidemic station.

Feature of the structure:

According to the different instructions and effective volume, the device can be classified into 6 different modes:420-A,B,C/600-A,B,C( See Table 1). The liner of the device is made of imported stainless steel. The electrical heated tube is installed in the sink, which has advantages of rapid heating , high heat efficiency and power saving. In addition, the temperature controller is accurate and reliable . The water bath has reasonable design, simple operation and convenient use and maintenance.

Directions for Use:

² Add moderate water to the bath bank per the sample’s amount or volume. The more the sample is, the more the water will be needed to add; Otherwise the less the sample is ,the less the water will be needed. However, the lowest water level shall not let the heating tube exposed from water and the highest water level shall not let the water over-flowed from the tank.

² Switch the “Temperature Set-up” knob to the degree you need. As for Type 420-A 600-A, you can switch the knob to the corresponding scale(s) to its line to get the required temperature. As for Type 420-B, 600-B, 3-digitaled switch represents three-figure(0- ), you can set up the temperature to any degree within the range of 0-99.9℃.

² Please put the sample to the tank after the machine run for half an hour.

² When the alternating current (AV) is collected, turn on the power switch, if the green light is on, that means the tank has started heating now.

² When the temperature reaches to the degree you fix, the green light will turn red. The temperature controller will automatically stop heating, the temperature will become stable.
