Coating system components

A. Spray pretreatment system

The general pretreatment process is as follows: degreasing → washing → pickling and rust removal → washing → surface treatment → oxidation → water washing → passivation → water washing → drying

Uses: Remove oil, dust, rust on the surface of the workpiece, and produce a layer of corrosion resistance, increasing the adhesion of the coating.

B. Powder spraying system

Uses: Spray powder coating evenly on the surface of the workpiece. Special workpieces (including locations that are prone to static electricity shielding) should be sprayed with high-performance electrostatic spraying machine.

Painting process steps: using the principle of electrostatic adsorption, evenly spraying a layer of powder coating on the surface of the workpiece; the powder is returned through the recycling system, and can be used after screening.

C. Painting system

Uses: The paint spraying produced by Chuangzhi Technology adopts the oil spray spray booth and the water curtain spray booth, which are widely used in the surface coating of bicycles, automobile leaf springs and large loaders.

D. High temperature curing

Use: Heat the powder coating on the surface of the workpiece to the specified temperature and corresponding time to melt, level and solidify, so we want the surface effect of the workpiece.

E. Heat source system

Uses: According to the local conditions of customers, it can provide natural gas / liquefied petroleum gas / diesel / electricity / coal / pellet biofuels, etc., can make the temperature fast and high efficiency, and with proportional adjustment, frequency conversion to make the curing oven temperature uniform, improve product quality .

F. Electronic control system

Uses: The controller is distributed and installed near the equipment for easy maintenance and maintenance. The controller equipment can display the lift and run stability.

G. Conveying system

According to the customer's workpiece and output information, according to the different requirements of customers, various designs, including plate conveyors, chain conveyors, overhead conveyors, etc.

A2 We will offer the whole plant design proposal freely before place order. We are welcome customer visiting the coating line onsite anytime. We will prepare the detailed  technology proposal after get approval between customer and manufacturer. Further we will share information about paint and dedust etc to you.

Q3 quotation

A3 The price showing on website is not the real because vary item with different price. The final quotation based on two side (customer and manufacturer) confirmed the technology project afterwards.

Q4 payment term

A4 The stock & small and middle-sized machine & large equipment & whole coating system deposit by 40%,  the qualified machine before shipping should pay 50% , after installation and training should settle up balance.Actually the payment term can be negotiated according to different situation.

Q5 production cycle

A5 We are a professional manufacturer of providing the non-standard coating system. Ensure providing a qualified  product and service, we are setting the production cycle is 60 working days. The actually lead time depends on the recent actually production planning.

Q6 package

A6 The default packing for domestic and overseas shipment is with a white color protective film. The export shipment packing would be customized fumigation-free wooden pallet or wooden box.

Q7 express & shipping 

A7 Customer can use their own logistic. Otherwise, we will use our long-term cooperation logistic to conduct transport including loading and unloading.The export shipment normally by sea.

Q8 installation and training

A8 Customer can arrange staff come to our company receive training if possible. Once the complete coating line start building, we will assign related technician come to onsite to proceed with  until trial production completed. A9 The main parts of coating system warranty 1 year.Other parts damaged by people or consumable spare parts out of warranty.We are offering full life maintain service and 24 hours online service. The overseas project install charge or occurring related fee should be bear by customer.
