Dust collectors refer to the removal of dust adhering to filter media (bags or cartridges) by blowing compressed air. It is widely used in mining, machinery manufacturing, chemical products, building materials, waste incineration, food processing and many other fields.

working principle

The dust-laden gas enters from the air inlet of the precipitator and enters the ash hopper through the partition, while the airflow is slowed down. Due to inertia, the coarse particles in the gas will fall into the ash hopper, and the fine dust particles will rise with the gas and enter the filter chamber. The powdery dust will adhere to the surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the upper cleaning chamber through the filter bag, and is inhaled by the main fan of the dust collection system and then discharged into the air.
