Technical Data

Corrugated roller is made of special alloy steel of 48CrMo alloy steel with grinding process and hardened with hardness of HV1200.Tungsten Carbide is optional for corrugated roller.
Vacuum suction system provides perfect flute shape even at high speed,blast volume controller is equipped.
Oil lubrication type gear box,low noise and gimbal transmission,also seperate power(optional).
Pneumatic control of the upper roller,pressure roller and gluing roller.
Bearings of corrugated roller and pressure roller are lubricated by hihg-temperature lubricating grease.
Motorized digital read out device,auto adjustment of the glue application amount.(Manual device is optional)
Surface of gluing roller are treated by special mesh snicded and chromeplated.Automatic and cyclic supply glue for the glue unit.
